Sean is a serial inventor, investor and entrepreneur with a deep background in technology. A former Air Force Intelligence Officer and NSA Fellow, Sean served five tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq before founding Battlefield Telecommunications Systems (BTS). Sean has founded technology companies in Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of OmniScience Technology Partners (OSTP), CrossChx, and Lane Capital. A graduate of Miami University with an Honorary Doctorate of Public Service from the University of Rio Grande, Sean was selected as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Maryland.
Frank is a natural problem solver who believes the engineering culture plays a pivotal role in resolving the healthcare identity crisis. With a focus on high-scale web application development, Frank knows how to build a powerhouse foundation of data on the backend to create high-value, actionable intelligence on the frontend. Prior to joining CrossChx, he held roles as a senior application developer, and a technical lead in the bioinformatics sector, where he oversaw more than 60 IT professionals both on and offshore. He is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in computer science.
Bubba is a career intelligence professional with a proven track record of developing adaptable leaders who produce high-impact results. With experience in leadership development and partnership building, he leads the strategy behind connecting healthcare providers to the next era of innovative technology solutions. Prior to joining CrossChx, he founded a multi-national import/export company and served as an intelligence officer for ten years in the United States Air Force. Bubba holds both a bachelors and masters degree from Virginia Tech.
Liz is a complex problem-solver and trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on legal and business risks to CrossChx. She combines an entrepreneurial spirit with her passion to fundamentally change healthcare. Prior to joining CrossChx, she held roles in private practice and as in-house counsel focusing in areas of patent, intellectual property, licensing and contract law. Liz earned her J.D. from Capital University and obtained a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and has minors in Computer Science and Business from The Ohio State University.
