Exhibit to Showcase Latest Patient-First Innovations, Including Queue, a Modern Registration Solution Built to Improve Patient Experiences and Reduce Wait-Times

The highlight of the company’s display, Feb. 29 – March 3 in Las Vegas, is a patient check-in solution called Queue, which works to streamline hospital workflows and is proven to reduce patient wait-times up to 80 percent.

In addition to demonstrations of Queue, visitors to CrossChx booth number 10122 will get a chance to take a picture with a DeLorean “Time Machine,” similar to the one that transported characters through time in the popular movie franchise, “Back to the Future.”

Using traditional means of registration, patients spend an average of 22 minutes waiting to see a healthcare provider, according to a survey of 2.4 million patients by Press Ganey Associates. The same report found patient satisfaction dropped significantly with each five minutes of waiting time.
